1. Digital Services Delivery

All services will be delivered via email, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion), or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Standard delivery timelines are 3–15 business days, depending on the scope and service category.
Delays due to client feedback or revision cycles are not the responsibility of Global Web Guru.

2. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)

Products (if any) will be shipped within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping is available only within India unless stated otherwise.
Courier partners: DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or equivalent
Shipping charges (if any) will be disclosed at checkout or in the invoice.

3. Delivery Confirmation

For digital services, a delivery confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
For physical goods, a tracking ID will be shared within 48 hours of dispatch.
