Service-Based Projects (SEO, Ads, Web Development)

• • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing a confirmed order or signing the contract.
  • Once the work has started (i.e., strategy creation, ad setup, design drafts), no cancellations are entertained.
  • If Global Web Guru is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued, after mutual review.

Monthly Retainer Services(Performance Marketing, SEO, etc.)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled with a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refund is provided for partial use of the service month.
  • Deliverables already completed and shared are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Refunds are not granted for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Poor performance caused by client-side delays, errors, or budget limits
